Charity Boat Show 2020 Cancelled

This year’s Highcliffe Show has been cancelled.

Reluctantly, the decision has been made in light of the Coronavirus threat to CANCEL OUR EXHIBITION on Sat 14th March.

We think the effect on public footfall will be such that the attendance and the resulting donation to charity will not justify the possible health risks to our members, families, and others attending the show. It seems likely that the risk can only increase over the coming week.

We are sorry to have had to make this decision and offer our thanks to those who have already been busy preparing for the show.

The Club’s first Highcliffe Show was held in 1988 and over the years the event has provided a social forum for Club members as well as raising significant donations to charities. We can only hope for happier times in years to come!
