GRP tug boat hull

For Sale: Bare GRP tug boat hull, make not known, prepared with grey etching primer complete with running gear.  Except for batteries and receiver it is ready to run.  The model was a restoration project used for ‘testing & training’ purposes so no superstructure was ever made or fitted.  Being a bare hull the buyer has a blank canvas for an own design.

Dimensions: length 31”/79cm, beam 10”/55cm, depth 6.5”/17cm.

Sale includes: two Kort nozzles with two 57mm brass props, (one left-hand one right hand), two geared (2:1) 500 motors and two Hi-tec SP-6/10A (6V-8.4V) speed controllers plus rudder servo. The model should be run on 6V as these Hi-tec (no BEC) speed controllers are an early type and can  easily be ‘cooked’.   Can be viewed running at Setley Pond by arrangement, if required.
