IOM Summer Race 06: 09th July 2019

Another good day’s sailing IOMs at Setley, a gentle southerly, sunshine and our Hon Sec making it to the start on time!! He had an up and down day, collecting a log on the keel in race 3 – very slow and spotting a wind streak in race 5 which rocketed him so far in front of the fleet that he was not to be halted even when a boat on another leg (mentioning no names) tried fairly successfully to take him out.

In addition to Nigel winning a race, just thought I would mention it again, John T, John M, Robin, Peter and Dick also achieved bullets. Congrats to John T for winning the day.

Thanks to Dick for bringing me the results board, I had left it by the car and drove off without it.
