Having had a summer of easterlies, we were blessed with a westerly on Tuesday. We tried a few course configurations to include an upwind leg, each fairly complex and not easy on the memory.
We welcome the return of Allan, he sailed race 1 impeccably, being a good second place at the last mark – however a cautious wide rounding resulted in him running aground and watching the fleet go past. Perhaps we should move the mark!!
John T managed the conditions well winning the day and getting 3 race wins. Other race winners were John M, Peter (2) and Dick.
