Alan’s Funeral & Reception Details

Dear all, Just announcing that Alan’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 27th August, 3.15pm at the It’s about 1 mile’s drive off junction 2 of the M27. Afterwards from 4pm we will be having a get together at the nearby Cromwell Arms, 23 Mainstone, Romsey SO51 8HG. Everyone is welcome as we would love to make this a real celebration of Alan’s life. If you think you may be able to come along then please drop us a line so that we have an idea of numbers for catering. It has given us a lot of pleasure to see how much he meant to so many people. We now know that his sudden passing was due to a pulmonary thromboembolism. Although it is hard having been unable to say goodbye, we are grateful that he would have passed away very quickly.
