Very LARGE yacht – new home found!

“SOLD”! Club members will be pleased to learn that the yacht shown below has gone to someone in Oxford who’s keen to renovate it.

James McAusland writes:

“Someone has passed this boat on to me asking if I could find it a good home.  It’s 58” long, 15” wide, a tall mast, possibly weighs about 24 lb.   A scale model of a Berthon boat that the chap had worked on.  Mast and sails probably need replacing, plus new radio gear.  It would be a shame to scrap it.”
