Impulsion

Robbe Smaragd. Built in 1995 from the Robbie kit and sailed extensively since, the Smaragd is a well known 1:10 semi scale offshore racing yacht. The boat remains in its original condition apart from the kit sails being replaced by specially made sails by PJ Sails and Nylet sails. The boat can be sailed in a range of wind strengths due to a range of sails from reefed through the standard sail suit or a 140% genoa.

Displacement 11.5kg; Ballast 8kg

Sail Area 8000cm² standard suit  9400cm² with genoa.
