IOM Autumn Race 06, 12th Oct 2021

Arrived at the pond today to a mill pond similar to last Friday. However the forecast northerly did gradually fill in, we started the first race with some wind ripples and by the time we finished the last race the sun had come out and there was a good relatively steady northerly. It was a better than average Setley day and we managed 12 races.
A few incidents, John M had to go wading for his boat after losing power in the first race and Hugh managed to get caught on two racing marks, one of them not even being a mark of the course.
John M had a good day, winning 8 out of the 12 races. Other winners were Martin Hart (2) and John T and Hugh.
