IOM Winter Race 07, 18th Jan 2022

Another grey day at Setley. On the positive side, it didn’t rain – however like last Friday, there was little wind and half the pond was covered in ice.

Initially a short course was set round buoys 9, 4 and 6 and gradually extended as the gentle zephyrs shifted from northwest to northeast and the sun melted the ice. We completed 5 races, Hugh and John M winning two races and John B winning one.

Congrats to Hugh for winning the day from John T and John M third.
