IOM Spring Race 05, 29th Mar 2022

Firstly, a warm welcome to Graham Coombs, a long time member at Setley who has dusted off his IOM showing some good skills at times today.
Secondly, what a difference a week makes! Last week we had a good breeze, warmth and sunshine – but only 6 boats. This week we had rain and a chilly breeze, yet we had 9 boats on the water. To be fair, the wind held up, mostly, and we had very good close racing. But why only six boats last week in the sunshine?
John B converted his five seconds from last week into 4 wins this week to win the day, John M and Robin both had two wins, and John T and Hugh with one win each.
